Kim Kardashian might seem invincible since she managed to parlay a high-profile sex tape into a reality television empire, but the Kourtney and Kim Take Miami star does find one thing difficult: pregnancy!
The 32-year-old girlfriend of Kanye West told reporters that carrying a child is not as simple as she thought.

"Being pregnant is not as easy as my sister [Kourtney Kardashian] made it look or as my mom [Kris Jenner] has made it look," Kardashian told E! News at the premiere of her new movie, Tyler Perry's Temptation.
"It’s a little painful. I’ve gotten sick a couple times, and that puts you out."
The biggest lesson? She can't travel as much. The jet-setting starlet experienced a miscarriage scare a couple of weeks ago as she traveled back to Los Angeles from Paris. Luckily, everything was OK — but doctors told her to cool it.
"I like to be active… but I’ve been chilling out," she confessed. "I took a week off just to rest. It was amazing."

Another thing she's finding difficult? Shopping. Kardashian recently wrote on her blog that she's not really sure how to dress her growing midsection.
"I've found that I've gained inches and I've gotten wider but my belly hasn't popped yet, so I struggle finding things that don't make me look heavy," she posted on March 1. "At this stage I guess I'm more focused on concealing the weight gain than I am about dressing the bump, just because it hasn't popped yet."
But, it's not like she's letting herself go. Kardashian is reportedly working out whenever she has a chance — and she's eating healthy, too.
"I’m craving carrots and ranch dressing," she told E! at the premiere. "I used to love sweets — not anymore. [I] can’t even eat chocolate."
