That future baby is going to have really beautiful blue eyes: Mad Men co-stars Alexis Bledel and Vincent Kartheiser are engaged, Bledel's people confirmed to Us Weekly.
The pair appeared together in the last season of Mad Men. Kartheiser's Pete Campbell was, as usual, a frustrated ad exec with a wandering eye that happened to wander over to Beth , the wife of a fellow wage-slave who rode the commuter train from the burbs into NYC with Pete.
On-screen, Bledel and Kartheiser didn't make it. But in real life, "They couldn't be happier," a purported friend of the couple told Us Weekly.

"Vincent proposed a few weeks ago," another friend told Us Weekly. "She's been wearing her ring. It's huge!"
Kartheiser, 33, who's also known for his bratty teen role on Angel, and Bledel, 31, best known as daughter Rory Gilmore on Gilmore Girls, started dating in 2012, the New York Daily News reports.
Maybe the two of them just got sick of crying at other people's weddings? Kartheiser told Us in 2009 that he cried at the ceremonies of cast-mates Elisabeth Moss and Christina Hendricks.
Bledel and Kartheiser also attended the wedding of Amber Tamblyn, who co-starred with Bledel in The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, in October.
The funny thing is, Kartheiser's on record as a marriage-disser. He told Us in 2009 that he's "not the marriage type" and didn't get the "big deal."
Guess he gets it now.
