So, Britta definitely pulls a Britta. When she finds out Dean Pelton is throwing a Sadie Hawkins dance, she plans a rival dance in protest against the idea that women are only allowed to ask guys to a dance one day a year. In honor of a true women's rights leader, she announcs she will throw a Sophie B. Hawkins dance. Unfortunately, she doesn't realize that Sophie B. Hawkins is a pop singer — she meant to say Susan B. Instead of just saying she had the information wrong and letting Jeff laugh in her face, she commits to throwing the Sophie B. Hawkins dance and even promises the 1990s pop singer will be there to perform. Caught in a tangled web of lies, she confesses to Pierce that she doesn't think she can pull it off. But, what good does it ever do to open up to Pierce?
Meanwhile, Abed considers this the perfect time to pull a sitcom move and bring two different dates to the competing dances. What he doesn't expect, however, is to meet a girl who loves his passion for chaos and laugh tracks just as much as he does! He and his new friend, Rachel, hit it off, and he even pulls a romantic-comedy ending when he publicly declares his "interest" in her . The perfectly matched couple even agree to go on a date. Could this finally mean romance for Abed?

More noticeable than Pierce's good deed is the way Jeff looks at the smiling Britta. Is it possible he's still harboring feelings for his ex-friend-with-benefits? He even gives her a genuine compliment and tells her she truly "Britta'ed this one." So, "Britta'ed" is a good thing these days. Jeff said so.
